That's PLUS 2.Ice Cream Jonsey wrote:Wasn't Woods just at -2 the first day of the event?
Well. You know. It's the Masters. It's compelling. Unless you don't care about golf. In which case it's six hours of listening to schmaltzy piano music and rich bigotted white guys wax poetic about the goddamn azaleas. Why don't you give us a little fucking backstory as to why him winning it was at all compelling?
I only wish TigerCasts 2003 and 2004 were still alive to see this day.

A 66 in the second round got him back into it. A 65 (including seven (!!!) straight birdies from holes 7 - 13) took over the lead. After that, it was just a matter of:Ice Cream Jonsey wrote:You should tell us:
1) How he got back into it
a. Hanging on.
b. Making one of the most legendary shots in Masters history on the 16th hole in the final round.
c. Sinking a 15-footer on the first playoff hole to nail it down.
d. Shoving it back in the face of all those sniveling douchebags who insisted Tiger was "so over".
The only other guy who was close, Chris DiMarco, fired a 41 on the back nine in the third round, and while he fought tough on Sunday, couldn't quite make it happen.2) How the other guys choked to allow him to get back into it.
He is the greatest golfer of our generation, and a joy to watch. He is also exciting to watch. Also, he says four-letter-words on live TV a lot, which I enjoy immensely. Then possibly we could understand why you care about this guy in a wholesome, hetero manner, and why it's not just shameless front running.
And that smile? Could melt your heart.
