I'm glad you asked! Many black metal bands, unlike their American counterparts, do know how to end on a high note, just like you said! Observe the ultimate releases of Immortal: 'Sons of Northern Darkness' and Emperor: 'Prometheus: The Discipline of Fire and Demise'. Both were some of the finest black metal you will ever hear, while being the last release either band will ever make! American bands chug along their rusty track, not even reading Slashdot enough to know that flying metal birds get you there faster, better, and cheaper, and it's rather sad to see them resort to parlor tricks like 'setting their guitarist on fire' and 'killing 197 people' to impress their ever dwindling crowds. Keep up the good work!
