Howdy folks. I swore I wouldn't do this again, but let's just take a look at what's going on this year:

Tiger has won 2 of the 4 PGA events he's entered this year. And he's up three shots with 16 holes to go in the rain-delayed Arnold Palmer Invitational, so early tomorrow afternoon it will be 3 of 5. Also he will re-take the world number one ranking for the first time in almost three years, and be five wins away from Sam Snead's all-time record of 82 PGA Tour wins.

And Augusta is two weeks away.

So sure. This one, last, excruciating time... I'll bite.

Get the pimento cheese ready. It's going to be a bumpy ride.

What are you saying here? That Linsday Vonn, Elin Nordregen and Joanna Jagoda were men?

No, I'm questioning the prior poster who asked if "she" was going to fuck it up. My point being that if anyone, anywhere, had the capacity to cause - or prevent - Tiger Woods from either fucking up his personal life or his golf game (or conversely, preventing him from doing so), there is only one person who could do that, and it's not some woman, or any number of women.

By the way, I know trying to talk golf here is about as stupid as trying to talk SC2 on Caltrops, but although I know it's fun to have a good laugh over Tigs' ruining his marriage and banging Perkins waitresses and every broad he gets with looks EXACTLY THE SAME, it should be stated that the PRIMARY reason he fell to 58th in the World Rankings and hasn't won anything over the last three/four years until now is, he was hurt.

That's it.

Bad knee, couldn't play, and more importantly, couldn't practice.

So now, he's had nearly a full year where he's been able to practice full-time, pain- and medical procedure-free.

His moral standing in the eyes of many has dropped irreparably, yes, but for those of us who just enjoyed watching GolfBot 3000 destroy everything, it's inspiring to know that, hey, if this dude gets to practice, he is better than you, and better than Sam fucking Snead, and better than Jack fucking Nicklaus, and everyone who has played or will ever play the game.

I guess what I want most is for him to retire at 17 majors so that everyone can come out crying about how that means Jack is still better.

The numbers RIGHT NOW, even IMMEDIATELY AFTER "the dark times", are so ridiculously out of whack that it's a ridiculous argument even now to suggest Jack was better, but sure, let's let him get to 17, and then it'll be even more ridiculous.

Yes, they all seem to look exactly the same, but good for him. As I told you over IM, I can't believe that Martian is banging that broad, no matter how good he is at golf.

I think I am going to try to play golf with MY GIRLFRIEND this summer. She is better-looking than Lindsey Vonn, but not as good at skiing. Tiger is better at golf than I am, like you say.
