Grilled cheese
Roasted in the oven on home made bread with cheddar cheese, garlic and tomatoes from the vine (our little complex has a community garden) it was one of the few meals this week which fulfilled all of the above criteria (and I discovered that our home made bread crisps nicely (though maybe a little too much) when baked in the oven).
