Too Much Rocking in Video for the Song
My brother and I used to note that some music videos features guitarists rocking a little too hard for the song they were playing. The first in a series, I submit Ted Nugent in the Damn Yankees song "Where You Goin' Now?"
Equally freaky is the change of position between Tommy Shaw and Jack Blades throughout the video. Aside from the fact that they look exactly the same in color, they look like feature players in a "Dead Kids Foundation" video in black and white. Also, at one point it appears as if Blades is attempting to sound an invisible bellows in his armpit while still rocking out on bass.
The one sad thing about Nirvana killing this kind of music is that the rocker chick in this video would never work again in her adult life. We are all poorer for this loss.
the dark and gritty...Ice Cream Jonsey!

The basis for this was watching a Matchbox 20 Vvdeo eight or nine years ago, the video for "Push" I beleive .
I was perplexed to see the "lead" guitar player thrashing away like he was playing one of Slash's old solos from the late 80's. I assume everyone knows the song since M20 was and still is enjoying hourly play on every radio station, shopping mall and while you are hold to this day. 100.5 the drive here in Rochester had built there entire station on the collective works of Rob Thomas.
Do the guitar players in videos typically play the tabs and chords from the song, or do they just fuck around? Someone who knew how to play guitar would have that answer.... I'LL BET!!

the last group complained, quite tellingly They said, "Why don't you have a spoon that just says 'Earth?' It would save time
That chick was hot.
All I got from this video was that polar bear skulls are somehow left all over the desert southwest, that it's pretty easy to hunt fish is LA's drainage ditch, and that your life need not be derailed if you take the time to invest in a AAA membership.
Bikers still get the short end of the stick in this video. Sorry, bikers. Clean it up a little bit, ok?
