Non-latex condoms have been known to work better for me. Sheepgut is too expensive, but the polyethylene ones (Trojan Supra(I think), for instance) work pretty well. Conduct heat better too.

YMMV. I mean, Daniel's MMV.

This problem is often mental rather than physical. Often, men have issues with confidence (both self and sexual) which make it difficult to maintain an erection. He has to learn to control the tool and trust that it will perform. It's critically important for you to be supportive and helpful with the problem.
