Anyone else here?

I'm about to have a 2- or 3-week gig in LA, and I'd kind of like to not be bored & lonely the <i>whole</i> time.

I mean, I'm here, the person who deleted the cache the other day. And let me take this opportunity to state here that, even though I had a badge for E3 and a free day yesterday, I chose instead to go to Catalina Island with my family. Do I suck, or what?

Update:

At the Marriott Renaissance at the LA Airport 5/27-5/29 (leaving Friday afternoon or night sometime), and then again 6/1-6/5. No, it doesn't make much sense to me, but the client will pay for me to fly home on the weekend, but not for me to just stay in the hotel for the weekend.

I will not have a car.

Ok, as noted, I am going to have to pass on getting to L.A. this weekend.

I am still hoping to make the CGE August 9th.

Pinback, do we have an update on the whole "blowing off your cousin's wedding" thing yet? Any progress there, by any chance?
