Put it this way: I wouldn't want it growing up in Jolt Country.

I lived in a foreign country before its called Florida, there you get to learn the awesome-ness of having no personal space and having to show your tits, I did just because I was the fat kid and there like, "Whoa! Look at the Knockers on that fat kid!" and then I just felt like my self-esteem go down with each beaded necklace thrown at me. But I would raise my kids there.
