Penultimate and ultimate, in this context, have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
The "ultimate quote machine" would, quite obviously, be the "greatest", the maximum, the extreme - the Great Quote Machine.
It would not be the "last quote machine", as that makes no sense whatsoever, not even as a nod to The Last Picture Show.
It should appear quite plain to any thinking person that whoever came up with "penultimate quote machine" is clearly sorely lacking in their language skills. You might as well say that "discover" has a similar meaning to "cover."

Finding Nemo: I have never and likely will never watch a Pixar Studios cartoon. I don't have "children" because I have a "ruptured urethra" that causes "numbing pain."
Total Recall 2070? The hell is that? Game? Cartoon? Movie? Book?

Movie, if you pick it up ... I assure you it is not softcore porn no matter how much it seems.

Still haven't seen it. Did see T2 for the first time last night. I requested that T3 be spoiled for me. Here is my review of that:
1) Okay, Arnold has died at the end of each one of these movies now. I only cared about #2.
2) Leukemia? Jesus Christ. Just get another actresss, then. The fuck has Linda Hamilton been doing where she couldn't make it? Jesus.
3) Seriously, if Hamilton and Furlong can't make it, then wait till they each dry out. My understanding is that Conner is this huge pussy in #3. The fuck did that happen? Who wrote that thing?
4) There were vehicles in that Skynet first person shooter. I think.
5) I am glad that I didn't see it and likely never will, actually.

Wait your damn turn. I revived this thread and single-handedly breathed life back into this base.
Maybe my font wasn't orange enough for Jonsey to notice.

I have never heard of " A Might Wind." "A Mighty Wind" came up in IMDB.com (I am not being a cunt; I hadn't heard of that either) but I dunno. Written by Christopher Guest and Eugene Levy, with a bunch of other people from SCTV? When was the last time any of them did something funny? I guess I would watch it if someone else rented it, though. I am not all that big on "mockumentaries," though.
What did YOU think of it, Britishkaboom?

Saw half of this the night before Danzaland got married. I liked what I saw, sure, sure. Need to see the rest of it sometime.

A bunch of ugly people stuttering forth vaguely funny lines, which we were supposed to think were hilarious lines because alot of them were unscripted. Some genuinely funny situations, but not enough made of them. Awkward societal rejects that served to remind me of every stupid thing I've ever done. Not quite the hidden gem that the cinema wanted us to think it was, but not a complete waste of time, either. Cute in places, painful in others, and there needed to be more soundtrack present.

5th element was good. Classic comic-style, old-fashioned Sci-Fi.

Exactly, 5th Element is for me associated with the same grouping as Star Ship Troopers, cheesy sci-fi you can't help but like. And both also have moments of near toplessness from hottie chicks.
