I need to break this out again. We have to leave the raisins out, though. SOME people don't like sweet with savory. God.
When you need my help because I'm ruining everything, don't look at me.

I'm having issues where them spices aren't BOLD enough.

Why aren't you people using Ras el Hanout? What kind of Morrocan dish can even be made without Ras el Hanout? Last time i bought Ras el Hanout I swear i wrote the number right but the stupid elephant girl cashier typed it in wrong and i got Ras el Hanout for like 2.99 a pound.

Long ago, I made a conscious decision never to purchase Ras el Hanout, secondarily due to racial bias, but primarily due to I've never heard of it.

You need you some Ras el Hanout, it's like $30 a pound. It's actually just a mix of spices that have been ground together including:Ice Cream Jonsey wrote: Wed May 26, 2021 4:51 pm I'm having issues where them spices aren't BOLD enough.
- cumin
- ginger
- salt
- black pepper
- cinnamon
- coriander seeds
- cayenne
- allspice
- cloves
Doesn't sound amazing when you deconstruct it but ground together it'll do what you need.
