mp3 editor?

Hey, does anyone know of a good, affordable mp3 editor? I've got a couple live sets that are one loooooooong track, that I'd like to break up for the purpose of convenience.

I think that Cool Edit can chop up your music correctly. I think I have a version around here some-- ah! I see that we haven't met yet. My name is "Jibba Jabba." In addition to being a "Mr. T" enthusiast, I also am prepared to answer questions on a wide variety of musical topics!

At any rate, I have definitely used Cool Edit to slice around .wav files. I'll do some checking to see if the version that I have supports .MP3s, and if it does, I will arrange a way to get this code to you.

My interest in not getting involved with this psychotic is trumped by my desire to help you out. I put the file up right here but you should let me know if it won't deal with MP3s. If it doesn't, I'll try to eliminate the middle man and get something else for you. Yeah. Yes, that'll work. I love it when a plan comes together.

Does this mean Jibba Jabba won't be seen again? He just blazed through our lives, like a Mr. T-loving comet.

Haven't had a chance to try the file yet but will let you know. Much obliged.
