Yeah, I like that one too. I remember seeing the name (during the film) of the first theme that plays on the link you gave, it's called "Engulfed Cathedral."Garth's Equipment Shop wrote:John Carpenter's themes are a good example Pinback. You'll really hate this one for it's simplicity and repetiveness but it's one of my favorites.

Given the general rise in expenses and fall in the typical standard of living, the future ain't what it used to be.

This is ridiculous. If I've told you once, I've told you a million times, DON'T EXAGGERATE!pinback wrote:You asked what's your FAVORITE, and have now listed, by my count, every single theme song from every show and movie ever made.Garth's Equipment Shop wrote:aw shit i did it again. Mod please fix the broken youtube link above and delete this post thanks.
Because he didn't include this one that I consider very good. All it takes is the first 3 seconds and you remember the movie.
Take 5 minutes and listen to both versions. This is the original. From forty years ago, 1974:

This is the better one, that is played at the end of the film. I like the piano intermission and the ending better than the above one. But both are still powerful pieces.
