Ben's Famous Egg On Toast

INGREDIENTS

1 egg.
1 tsp butter.
Salt/pepper.
1 piece of white bread.
Hot sauce (optional)

DIRECTIONS
========
1. Place bread in toaster oven. Turn oven to "toast".
2. Meanwhile, melt butter in small skillet.
3. Crack egg into skillet, season with salt/pepper.
4. Cook egg on each side to over-medium (or your preference.)
5. Place egg on top of toasted bread.
6. Add a couple shakes of hot sauce, if desired.
