I notice the poster says "Fourth Reich" but they don't use a swastika, just the Iron Cross.

Probably because if they did the poster and movie would be
banned in Germany. They have strict rules prohibiting the
use or display of the Hakenkreuz, and if you're making a movie there you have to get special permission to use it.
Typically it will be granted for films dealing with the Nazis,
but it is restricted for fear some new group will sprout up
and start using it.
