I should note that our rental car was a Dodge Charger. It took great willpower to not find a remote parking lot and blow the fucker up, just on principle.

We did not eat there. We had a Twisters in Denver, so we weren't gonna waste a meal on a fast food joint we lived three miles from for two years.

By the way, the Hostess Bakery Thrift shop near my credit union sells Drake's Pies, three boxes for $7. The pies are very good, and 1/2 size vs. the usual ones like hostess sells. A box contains 4 two-packs. They had cherry last month but all they had this month was apple.

I'm in Maryland, you're out west. So, you cannot have these pies!

RetroRomper can also not have these pies!

Unless he threatens me with a Kendo stick, in which case I will tiptoe backwards from him slowly, then LUNGE FORWARD, STAMP MY FOOT ON THE GROUND, SHOUT LOUDLY, and give him these pies.

I understood that but the idea that anyone would buy something even similar to Hostess Pies in bulk, is flatly beyond me.

At some point in late 2006, the jammed skulls, pressed forward by the conveyor belt, had actually cracked the plastic, allowing more mist to drift over the head table. Pablo Ruiz, the process-control auditor, had attempted to patch the fracture with plastic bags. (To this day, Ruiz says he suffers from burning feet and general exhaustion.) Fourth, the longer hours worked in 2007 had, quite simply, upped workers' exposure."

@CGG: The only other kind I've had (and what I use exclusively) is the lower-sodium kind. But no, I have not tried any of the other crazy flavors. Crazy, these kids with their flavors!!
