I noticed that you did not mention The Game, another Fincher film, and in my opinion his best. It stars Michael Douglas as a humorless bank manager whose brother convinces him to sign up for what appears to be some sort of mysterious LARP game. It fucks with your head in the way few movies do, and the final few minutes literally made me yell "WHAT" over and over again at my TV. I highly recommend it.

The Game has Deborah Kara Unger in it, which is the only excuse you'd ever need to see it. I liked it.
