It's good fun! Come on! Quit right in the middle of a game of Galaga, change your high school grades, grab a cob of raw corn, and play some DEFCON!

Are we limited to countries that actually HAVE nukes? I guess the list is:

USA
Russia
China
France
England
Pakistan
India
North Korea
... and that's it? I imagine it's a pretty short end-game for North Korea and their lone nuke?
