Should I get Civilization: Revoloution for my mom?

She's still slogging away at Diablo 2. Has been for years now. She wants to beat every difficulty level with every character. Does not play online. I explained that some set items are only available in network play. Oh well. Think it's weird that my mom has been playing the same video game since 2000? Anyway, I have heard that Civilization is a great game series(Sid Meier, natch) And one of her hobbies is the revolutionary war. So I'm thinking that if I go out and.....buy.....(ouch!) the game she'll get into that instead of the same old quests from eight years ago.

I think you could give her that, and also the Indigo Prophecy, so she can get halfway through and go WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED to you, too.

If you go the Indigo Prophecy route, be sure to get her the European edition (titled Fahrenheit) for bonus awful zombie sex.

Unfortunately you can't apply those mouse motions to real life. I know them so well.
