I saw a really unbelievable Youtube clip about a specialized device used to castrate horses. It actually shows it being used, by clamping it to the scrotum, inserting the end into the chuck of a portable variable speed electric drill, set to clockwise rotation, then squeezng the trigger, and twist away until the nuts pop off!

[/youtube] If you're a guy, the thought of your own nuts being twisted off and severed is liable to shock you and make you squeamish. But the most squick moment is when they show the testicles getting an injection to anesthetize them prior to being ripped out.
