Happy birthday! If you were a quarterback, you would be entering the phase of your career where the team drafts your eventual replacement and you have a frosty relationship with him for the next 12 months as you still feel you can "sling" it.

Ben, I listened to your fire report, well, as much as I could stand it. Your audio is about as interesting as three-day-old spaghetti. Cold, three-day-old spaghetti. Where's the passion, the excitement? Unless you're trying to put people to sleep, your broadcasting career is going to be short lived.
