A couple of laughs and a couple of uncomfortable moments do not make the great, classic-for-all-times comedy which this was supposed to be. When he's going for satire, it's like shooting fish in a barrel (go after Bush and dumb rednecks -- wow, cutting edge), and when he's not, there doesn't seem to be much point.
That being said, it is bizarre enough to watch to at least hold your attention, and I did laugh a few times, once or twice hard.
