Whoa! Really? So the city isn't ready? There is some problem with Oklahoma City preventing the Penguins from moving, I infer. A gas leak. Or slimers! Fucking slimers, man.
... Well, no. After reading the article, OC being "okay" has nothing to do with it. It's just an incredibly fucking stupid reference to the fact that Oklahoma has "OK" for an abbreviation.
