Any of them. They're not quite my thing but very good. Leviathan is their latest, I believe, and my favorite so far.

Never jumped on the deayh-n-roll vandwagon. they just sound boring to me, but I'm probably in the minority. Chief rebel Angel is a good song. Their undisputer best album, Wolverine Blues, doe snothing for me. I like my music faster and more aggressine. Do you like them?

Yeah. I got "To Ride, Shoot Straight etc" when it came out, was utterly bored, and now, seven or eight years later, I can't listen to anything else. To make up for the gap I've been proselytizing about them to anyone who'll listen (though most of my friends aren't terribly metal-receptive).
