I'm sorry, PALLIE, are my posts a little too obvious for you? Yawn yawn, another ICJ post, another richly detailed bus crash fantasy?

YOUR newfound love for life and living won't allow you to express the hard emotions: vengance, revenge, hatred... revengance. So somebody's got to do it for you.

Any time you decide to come BACK to the rest of us ("the dregs") you just let me know. There will be welcome, open arms waiting for you.

Well, my point being, I agree with you. If someone actually does want to spend time with you, they make time.

But she's free Monday, Tuesday, and Friday of next week!!!!!!!!!

(She likes exclamation marks. Another iffy sign.)

Here my experience ends. I have no idea what to do with the person who was genuinely not lying and actually busy till the end of the week.

I appreciate you withholding this information until after I made a complete mopper of myself in front of everyone, though. Good on you.

When I wrote the first one, I didn't know when she was free. So I said, "Sure thing toots, just let me know".

Then she responded, saying MONDAY!! TUESDAY!!!!!!! AND FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! of next week.

I'm bringing you UP-TO-THE-MINUTE updates on this story, and you think I'm doing it AT you.

BTW: I have yet to respond. I'm going to let her chill for a while, let her await my response with increasing anxiety, while I decide who lives and who dies.

Can we assume you would actually like to see her again? That you are slightly interested in HER? Because if you're all like AWW YEAH SECOND DATE and have not really felt the need of her company, maybe you shouldn't go at all.

That's cool. Because usually when people do not do a whole lot of dating, or have just started dating, they are kinda in the mindset that every dat is going to be horribly bad or else yep, that's the person for them. The date takes on epic meaning because it's not as common as, say, the after-work get-together or family gathering. The reality is that the dater is going to sit through a whole lot of yeah, sure, ambiguous, non-eventful, what-the-hey dates. That might be where you're both at. So, maybe just think what the hey! and have a stress-free date with someone who isn't quite a stranger anymore. That's good experience, right there.

Then of course, there's:

Real Name: Milov U. Longtime (not real name)
Nickname: TV
How met: At work

Status:

- Have become fast friends at work
- Have gone for drinks a couple times after work
- Seems to desperately want to spend time with me, go sailing with me, go out for aforementioned drinks (all her idea)
- Is probably aching for me at this very moment.

- But, you know, she's kinda shy, not real sure of herself around other people, is always thinking people hate her even when they like her quite a bit, self-confidence problems, maybe a mild depression thing happening. How am I supposed to mesh with that?

She likes exclamation marks
Does she write used car dealership commercials?

Anything else is negligable. I have no more to add. Dating is very old to me.

How are you two not soul mates with this much in common?

I don't get this.

Anyhow, Lola McGee and I are all set for either Monday or Tuesday of next week, "as long as we don't stay out too late".

Whoa, down girl!

Alright, I've asked three people what to do now.

One said, "FUCK THAT BITCH!"

One said, "Eh, maybe fuck that bitch. Maybe do the thing Monday."

One said, "Do the thing Monday."

What do you... the people, decide?!?!?
