LET'S go ANGels!! (bum bum bumbumbum)

The last time I moved to the 310 area code, the Angels won the World Series.

Let's go 2-0! (bum bum bumbumbum)

Well, even without the Yankees in the playoffs, it's nice to see the team in pinstripes getting insanely muffed calls going their way.

I would like to see the White Sox go all the way this year.

I think they're due.

Fuck that. They scarred the game in 1919 and should pay for the next thousand millenia.

AND, that fuckhole on the unhappy side of Chicago is rife with drunk shitheads charging the field, umpires and opposing coaches.

US Cellular Global Hyper Mega Net Comiskey Park Field Stadium should be imploded and the entire roster killed until dead. Ozzie Guillen's children should be eaten. And Chris should threaten me for suggesting so.

If the White Sox win the LCS, I will be forced to root for the National League representative in the World Series. And that's the real crime here.

That's because they weren't getting paid millions of dollars, who can blame them? Besides, not one of the players on the team now is responsible for what happend in 1919.

Makes for better television. Sure better than those bud lite commercials. I laugh at the crazy antics of the crowd. Much better than that monkey.
Ozzie Guillen's children should be eaten.
Tastes like chicken! Who is Ozzie Guillen?

I know that the Black Sox are all dead, but I like the fact that a team that threw the World Series hasn't won one since.

The White Sox are always so cute and harmless. At least they were when Toronto was spending money NATCH.

The whole Black Sox thing is overated. You are comparing now to then. Back then players didn't make any oney and it was more of a revolt against their fat owner than a dishonorable thing. If anyone knows who Rob Neyer is, read his short take on it.

Money changed place like crazy on both sides, the Sox actually tried to win at least two of the games. But as you can see, Chicago is a much superior city than Boston because they did not whine for 80 years.

ESPN has manufactured this stupid Bartman thing I think the Cubs and their fans were over it in about an hour. Boston fan is already moaning cause they couldn't get it done this year. The only problem I have with the White Sox is that they really don't have a fan base other than their announcing crew which make Yankee broadcasters look well-rounded.
the last group complained, quite tellingly They said, "Why don't you have a spoon that just says 'Earth?' It would save time

Did I call that or what. I didn't think they were gonna SWEEP the series. it would have cooler if they won at home tho.
Oh well, the parade should be nice.

Notice I write this at 9:15 Eastern time before game 4 has really gotten under way.

Great game last night! It was still on when I came home, 12th inning - watched it till the end. Highlight was the Asstros manager throwing a stool after the Sox homer.

When a team is facing elimination, they always cut to the dramatic shots of the dumbasses in the stands praying, wearing rally caps, crying, whatever.

But not usually at the beginning of the game.

The Astros are fucked, and even Bar Bush knows it. I think the fact that her spectre-like head is in practically every shot of home plate doesn't help that team any.

And really, I cannot think of a World Series that I have ever cared about less. I mean, at least when the Yankees were in it, I had someone to root against.

When is the last time the NL won a freaking World Series game?

This was such a mediocre World Series, all Sportscenter is talking about right now is how Cubs fans must feel.

Go Jays!

I guess they should have thrown games 4 and 5 and then won at home. Keep some tradition alive.
I didnt even watch game 4 past the 5th inning and listening to it on the radio put me right to sleep.

The best ever was when they showed Yankee fans doing this the last time NY was in the World Series. I would love to know the thought process of those animals.

"Oh god... just let them win... If they don't get #27, I ... I ... it's just so hard rooting for this team... I just know they're going to blow it again!!!!"

REALLY makes you hate New York City. In case there were still a few people who didin't - I'm pretty sure that after Giant fans were singing "Rock You Like a Hurricane" during the fake "home" game when the Saints came to town that there isn't anyone left who wouldn't be pleased to see the city vaporized, but still.
