Yanks vs Angels

Post by Da King-like Simulacra »

Good series so far... Its nice to see Scoscia manage his bullpen a little better to make this more competitive. Say what you will about Torre, RobB, but he's often the only guy in the AL who just relaxes and manages his team to win today before worrying about tomorrow.

It's Mussina versus Ortiz tonight... should be a great game!
It's good to be Da King! Or, a reasonable facsimile thereof!

Don't you get the sense, though, that even that the Halos are back in their crib, and they've got the momentum, that there's really no way in H. E. double-hockey-sticks that the Angels will win this series?

I have that sense.

I also have a sense that I'm talking to a fake person.

Yep... Ill agree with that. Ortiz is the kind of pitcher who will rely on fly balls and hope that they won't go out. I think Giambi and the boys will be too much for him, and take this game. Even though Washburn'll probably be tough in game 4, I think the Yanks just have too much firepower and experienced pitching...

Hey, you're the one who isn't registered. Mingya, I tell ya...

GO YANKS!

Angels lead series 2-1?

I still say Yankees in 4, and that's not even technically possible anymore.

Nope. Still not buying it.

Yankees in 6.
