So, is there any chance I can garner some support for the [North] Carolina Panthers here on this board for next week's big game?
Personally, after watching the Eagles lose -- errrr -- win against the Packers, I think all these teams might just be mediocre enough to pave someone else's way to a world championship. And why not the Panthers?
They're young. They're brash. They've got He Hate Me. They've got a dumb country bumpkin for a quarterback who seems to forget he sucks just when it matters. They've got a coach named "Fox". C'mon!! That's cool!
Let's all become Panthers fans here, if only for a week. C'mon. After all I've given to you ingrates over the years, at least you can do this one little thing for me, huh? Huh?
