Jizaboz Hangover Burger

After a very long night of heavy drinking with my cousin, I found myself getting hungry around 5 in the afternoon. Went out for Cokes, hamburger, and buns. My mind was developing a concoction..

1. Cook about 6 strips of thick bacon in a pan.
2. Throw a couple deseeded jalepeno pepper cut in half long ways and onions into the bacon grease and let them fry.
3. Remove fried onions and peppers. Drain any excess bacon grease.
4. Cook fresh hamburger patties seasoned with salt pepper and few dashes of Worcestershire sauce in same pan. Add cheese (I used American) towards the end to allow it to melt a bit.
5. When done, put Mayonaise on bottom bun and bbq sauce on top. Put bacon, peppers, and onions on hamburger patty.

I found it to be outstanding! A perfect blend of flavors and just the right about of spicy heat. I devoured the first one but will take a picture when I eat the leftover one!
