Just talked to my brother, he said he can burn whatever roms you need. Can burn chip-to-chip or from a file. Just need to tell him the chip number and manufacturer. He said for older stuff it might be a little hard to come by the chips themselves but he doesn't think it'll be too big a deal.

I guess he burns chips all the time and is the resident go-to guy for stuff like that in his department at Harris RF. Huh, who knew.

There's a guy on our local Oklahoma arcade forum that burns ROMs -- I'll ask him what he uses.

OH, I just remembered, 98Pacecar (Darren) burns his own ROMs, too. I'll ask him as well.

First up, ROM burners! Let's all find a ROM BURNER that will let us burn ARCADE ROMS once and for all! So we don't have to sponge off our buddies for this sort of thing.

Ideally it would be USB compatible. Ideally it would mouth my longer while it burned ROMs, but ideally it would be USB.

I'll come back to this thread in 24 hours with my (our) findings. I really feel that by [i]solving the problem,[/i] we're going to all be a better gamer.
