Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pizza)

Sure a burning question that everyone ponders is exactly what I'm having for dinner - well, as a purported foodie (though that is a stupid word and I'm only snobbish about two or three things) I of course don't mind enlightening all of you as to what will shortly be discharged by my lower intestine.

The goals for any one of my meals are relatively straightforward: I try to make and eat food that is...

1) Healthy
2) Delicious
3) Simple

Than anything the average overweight American routinely crams into their noise holes. To add a bit of "fun," I'll rate my meals on a scale of DELICIOUS to Eh... and make up the five or six levels there of as I go along. Anyway, to get started tonight I had...

Grilled cheese

Roasted in the oven on home made bread with cheddar cheese, garlic and tomatoes from the vine (our little complex has a community garden) it was one of the few meals this week which fulfilled all of the above criteria (and I discovered that our home made bread crisps nicely (though maybe a little too much) when baked in the oven).
