Massive VST is something like an industry standard for this. I don't do Dubstep myself (
I'm a House kind of guy), but I know it's very suitable. You can search for "dubstep native instruments massive" on how to use it for that.
Problem is, it's expensive. 180€.
Of course you can always use auto pilot, toy-like generators that require little effort (and talent) and output generic, cookie cutter sound. But all you'll get is crap that sounds the same and gets boring quickly.
