This is incredible. They can't hit, they can't score and their manager always does the wrong thing, except when he does the right thing. They are the most fun baseball team I can remember seeing, except for some Jays teams that I liked because I liked the Jays. AMAZING. Baseball is real again. Everyone who is 10, where (as Joe Posnanski says) baseball will never get any better will be a fan for life.
I have stated that I will not care about baseball playoffs as long as NY or Boston is in them, because I am a spite-filled, spittle-flecked sad little unman. This is great. If you have 4 hours to spare every single night for the next two weeks, you need to check it out.
