Is anyone familiar with the Ohio-centric foodstuff known as "Goetta"?

Well, I'm not going to launch into a whole thing about it.
Basically it's sold in tubes, primarily in Cincinnati, and is America's version of haggis.

Haggis never caught on here because stuffed animal intestine is not very appetizing, and because animal intestine is much more valuable for use as natural condoms.
