If the fucking refs give that maggot Rothelisberg another phantom TD, why doesnt the line judge instead of calling touchdown, just unbuckle Big Bens pants and just get the cocksucking out of the way.

it amazes me watch your favorite team, they actually need to get it in endzone to score a touch down. Pittsburgh? Just close to the goal line and the refs call it good enough and make the other team burn a chalange thaty they have a 5% of winning.

I will continue watching now justice has prevailed!

I had no vested interest in either team and boy, that was some game. It's been a long time since I saw that many lead changes and that many penalties in a Super Bowl. Wow.

Yes, nothing says "rivetting football game" like a golden shower of penalty flags.

What a steaming pile of shit that thing was.

Wait, I'm told by Yahoo now that it was the best Super Bowl ever. My mistake.

162 penalty yards. That is nearly twice the total of rushing yards gained by both teams combined.

Best ever!!!

They said best eveR? Those fuckers!

I distinctly remember saying to Pinner, when the Cards got back in it, that people were gonna forget about the three quarters of ass-shit that game was. I also said that the Rams / Titans Super Bowl was fucking unwatchable throughout till the end as well, and people were touting that as some sort of miracle of athletics.

Last year's Super Bowl was GOOD because the Giants got to Brady. If an offense is shut down because the coach turned into a would-be-conversative-choking hazard (like Vermeil did in the playoffs with the Rams in 99 - they beat the Bucs something like 11-9, and the 99 Rams were the greatest offense in history then) then the Super Bowl is not good. The Pats' o-line getting smoked by Osi and the boys WAS good.

This Super Bowl had one of the most exciting quarters ever, but let's not get crazy.

Of the Super Bowls I've watched, nothing has topped Giants/Bills. Packers/Broncos was also great, and so was Pats/Eagles and Pats/Panthers.

Bears/Pats has become a better Super Bowl over the years as everyone meets more obnoxious Pats fans. It's the only blow-out Super Bowl that got more entertaining over time.

It also really infuriates me that Thurman Thomas wasn't named the MVP of the Giants/Bills Super Bowl, to this day.

He would have been but he was too busy trying to find his helmet so they had to go to the next guy on the list.
