No, wait, actually - you want to talk about playoffs? Let's talk.

I'm tired, m'man.

I am just exhausted. On it... all of it.

I skipped Christmas this year. I didn't get the tree down, I didn't put up decorations, I didn't get gift for really anyone, but my mom, dad and brother.

When the Bears beat the Saints in week 15, eliminating the Saints from the possibility of playoff football, a little part of me died there, too. No Christmas... no playoffs.

And, I could complain that the Saints were 8-8 and in last place in the NFC South, and the Chargers were 8-8 and won the AFC West, but I like the divisional alignment and everything in football. I think it's the best playoff format in all of sports.

But that doesn't change the fact that the Saints have been to the playoffs six times in MY ENTIRE LIFE.

(And one of the times they made it, I had to work at the Hilton Big M that day as a stockboy, so I couldn't even see the game.)

Because they were one and done their first four times - there's only been 8 Saints playoff games in history.

So when the Saints were out with two weeks to go this year... I just - I wanted to take the year off. Years go by so quickly. They go by so quickly, Ben. And it's gonna be three years and counting on this text game... and I don't have the games available in the room I usually program in... I mean, I love football. But I need a year off.

Okay, I do hate "Thursday Night Football." I fucking despise that. I work late, and I don't need the goddamn NFL pulling this shit on me, making me juggle my day so I can get home in time to watch the fucking thing.

So I have no... playoff impressions.

In the first five games of the postseason, the team I was cheering for lost. Then the Cardinals won last night, breaking that streak, so: go Cardinals.

apparently right around the 05 super bowl, a rule was made that the Pittsburgh Steelers are not allowed to lose replay challenges.

I don't mean to appear bitter and angry, but I am bitter AND angry.
