TigerCast Update

Hello there! Sorry if this is a little disorganized or confusing, I wasn't really planning on starting my updates until, well, 2K9 of course, but... well, let me explain.
First of all, on behalf of all of the fine people at TigerCast Productions, I would like to apologize for the recent problems with TigerCast 2K8. In fact, the issues that you had with him were something we were afraid of when we first agreed to have him take over this year's updates, as he had had a history of erratic behavior, with chronic struggles with drugs and alcohol likely playing a large part in that. But he had been clean for nearly a month and we decided to give him a chance.
Obviously this was a bad decision, for which we would ask for your understanding and forgiveness, with all of the regret and remorse we can muster.
What has happened since has been more troubling than we could have ever expected. I will briefly recount what happened, but note that this may be disturbing to read about, so if you are sensitive to such things you may wish to skip the next paragraph.
After Saturday's third round of the Dubai Desert Classic, when Tiger had shot a one-over-par 73 and dropped from the lead to four shots back in a tie for fifth, TigerCast 2K8 took off from work and began abusing drugs and alcohol, which resulted, at 2:30 AM, with police at his house responding to a report of disturbance. The police entered his apartment and, without getting too graphic, found clear evidence that he had sexually assaulted a 13 year old girl. The girl was taken away and is in the hospital now, while TigerCast 2K8 is being held without bail.
Anyway, the higher-ups at TCP, Inc. decided to continue this year by allowing me to start my job far earlier than I had expected. Although this is a surprise to all of us, and I am certainly not as well prepared as I would have been had things gone according to schedule, I hope I can return the TigerCast franchise to the level of respectability it once held.
The saddest, most ironic part of this is that Tiger went on to complete a miraculous, charging comeback in the last round, culminating with a 25 foot birdie putt -- and one of the best fist-pumps in Tiger's long fist-pump career -- to win by one stroke.
Please direct all of your thoughts and prayers to girl, her family, and for TigerCast 2K8 to receive the help he so obviously needed.
Thank you.
