It's good to have someone to talk to on Sundays. It makes me feel that I am not shortening my life with this stupid league (except for this season) that fixes games (probably still happening this season).

Also, I wonder if losing Rod Marinelli has had any effect on things. Listening to him crush words with his neck muscles as he says them leads me to believe that guys would have a natural tendency to slack off a little upon his deparature, unless he was truly an asshole in which case people would perform better because fuck that guy.

I'm amazed that the tactic of dumping six defensive starters from last year has paid dividends. Literally - I got a check for $0.17 on Friday for putting up with the shitty D we had over the last few years.

I like how Mike McKenzie called the defense the "Oreo Defense" because the linebackers are white and everyone on the line and secondary is black. Only Brian Young is white. I guess he got an exemption or something, like how "The Professor" did for the And 1 Streetball team.
