Creamed spinach and mashed potatoes? You could make that shit at home. I refuse to pay $10 for 'rice' or 'mashers' or anything that I know I could make for less than $1 or so. There's nothing RC could do for a mashed potato than add more butter and salt, and I can do that.
The best appetizer I ever had in my life was at a restaurant I used to work at that had escargot in a cheese fondue with dipping bread. I'd give alot to enjoy that one again.
