What is going on with LeBron James' mother?

For five minutes, early in the day, Yahoo had a link to a video with the title "LeBron James' mother arrested".
Then it was gone.
And now I do a search for the story and find it hidden in one of Yahoo's back alleys, a story about her getting arrested on a DWI.
The story has received three votes, and averages five (out of five) stars for those three votes.
I'm not sure what that means. "AWESOME STORY!"? "EXTREMELY WELL-WRITTEN?!"
"I AM SO HAPPY THAT LEBRON JAMES' MOTHER DRIVES DRUNK!"?
What could that rating mean?
And how can you rate a soup "0 out of 4 stars" and then say that you only rate soups in increments of 25? Does that mean the second-to-worst soup rates 25 out of 4 stars?
I tell you.
This place has passed me by.
