My brother can tell the story better, but basically, when the Mariners played the Yankees in the playoffs the first time the Yankees took the first two games. Thanks to MLB's idiotic schedule, the Mariners would have the next three in Seattle.

The common area at Cortland State was PACKED with Yankee homers.

For some reason there was a break or vacation or something, and the Mariners' victories happened at a time when he, at least, was not at school.

He then watched the next playoff series in the common area all by himself. Typical Yankee fans. Christ, when the Saints get eliminated yearly I still watch the Super Bowl.

Fuck baseball, fuck them putting in that stupid rule stating that the wild card can not meet a team from their division in the first round (custom tailored for as many Yankees-Red Sox ALCS games as possible) and fuck both New York and Boston. Anyone who says there's parity or that "small market teams can compete, too!!" is a fucking retard.

they weren't pursing a triple, they were turning a fly out INTO a triple. I think Sheffield's steriod bloated head distracted Bubba Crosby's view.

For the people (Fox, ESPN tc..) who slobber over Cashman and Torre. Rememer this. This team has 220 million to spend on players. And BUBBA CROSBY IS playing centerfield in the ALDS. Good work Cashman! Has there ever been a more apt name for a person than the Yankees GMbeing names CashMAN.
