Found a really sweet apartment out here, but they don't allow pets.

If I end up getting it, then Miles & Maya are gonna end up in a canvas sack with a cinderblock, at the bottom of my bathtub, unless somebody takes them.

Have I mentioned lately that I work at a Humane Society? Where people drop off their pets the minute it gets inconvenient for them? Because they don't think of anyone but themselves and their own ease? Even members of their own family? Which pets are? Have I brought that up at all?

Hey, at least I've got the stones to drown the little fuckers. I don't want to inconvenience anyone else.

Here's a little word of advice that might spare you some broken teeth and a shattered jaw in the future: NEVER EVER make a joke with a parent about somebody's doomed kittens.

Maybe they will start a campaign: The victims of Pinback relief fund.

Please do not slaughter innocent cats because they do not match the decor at the new apartment.

Personally, I think that it can't qualify as a "sweet" apartment if you can't take 2/3rds of your family there. I really hope you re-think this, because it reflects poorly on people that ditch their pets at the first opportunity.

Ben, I really hope that you will re-consider. It troubles me that you didn't instantly ignore all places that did not allow pets. You're in "Paradise," right? Come on.... surely Paradise allows pets!

People that ditch their pets just have a ... I don't know... smell about them.

you are going to be moving in three months again (because it's the location that's the problem, not you being an awkward creep) so don't give those cats away yet, maybe in Utah or Florida or whatever better place you go you may be able to have pets.
