I saw this. Slightly amused at first, but not nearly as much as I was led to believe I would be. When I realized that this movie's protagonist was almost EXACTLY how I picture Jeff/JQW as a teenager, it became pricelessly hilarious. But definitely a cute movie and worth seeing on it's own.

Yeah, I've been recommending this movie to all sorts of people. I think the first half hour is kind of hit and miss but it really finds its rhythm later on. It's one of those movies that is better and better the more you think back on it, and I can't wait until my brother sees it and starts regurgitating it back at me since I'm sure it's only going to be all the more funny and endearing.

Not that I'd recommend it to pinback. He'd probably hate it.

I don't know why, but that movie really really got me hollering laughter at some points. Maybe it's because I knew kids like that pretty well, or maybe it's because I haven't seen a movie in awhile, hell, I've even toyed with the notion that I like it simply because I didn't recognize any actors so that made it seem more real. I just loved that fucking movie.

I'd see it on DVD or something. The clips I've seen, they're not "funny", per se, but I do like the way that dude looks and talks.

I think he's funny. Nasally-voiced half-asleep guys talking is funny.

It's not one of those movies that are a series of gags and moments, something you could make a good preview with. It's about the flow and vibe. Worth seeing in theaters.
