Here where I live, just about every bar and brewery now sells weed drinks. I realize that it falls into the "doing it because they can" column, but here's the thing:

If you order a weed drink, it's not going to kick in until after you've paid the check and are getting reading to leave.

What's the point of that? Huh?

Has anyone here ever ordered a weed drink at a bar? I sure have! Again, just because I could. So you sit there like a schlub, and then finally "welp, 'bout time to head on out", and there, finally, you start floatin' around the place.

Bad timing. Dumb idea.

It makes perfect sense if the goal is to make you stay longer.

Welp, mystery solved!

Drink the weed beverage right away and then get an alcohol drink to sip and savor. It's like spraying ether into a reluctant lawn mower engine.

I drink beer and use all sorts of weed products. However, I have no desire to even try a “weed drink”.

I will substitute bacon grease for a weed drink!

Do they sell snacks?
