My friend from high school whom I worked with at the last company used it and claimed it worked well, but it doesn't really do much for me. I drink beer and (lately this year) eat delta 8 to pass out. If I'm not fucked up enough before I go to sleep I have to deal with extremely vivid and/or lucid dreams that will most likely fuck up my RealLife thought process and keep me from sleeping properly. This is another reason why I don't drink during the day.

Why pay for it? I produce it myself when I'm sleepy.

Then I gotta check on a bunch of websites filled with people I dislike, like Reddit and hackernews and such. Hate those guys! So angry! Argh!

The melatonin pill eliminates that. I just put my phone down and a half hour after I take it, I'm out. I take it a half hour before the desired time. The time in bed is now spent sleeping. I am more efficient.

RealNC, if you do not spend your late evenings despising others, then I salute you. I haven't that willpower.

It's good for sleeping! I take it! I gave it to my kids! I gave it to all the special education kids in my cla-- oh.

Damn, can you imagine if someone over there was shooting them instead of giving them a sleep aid? I bet it would be plastered all over the news constantly!

I will eat half an Advil PM on some worknights and a whole one on the weekends if I'm not too sloshed. I call them Elvis Pills because it's funny.

I don't have problems sleeping per se, it's the waking up every 90 minutes to use the bathroom that ruins it.
