Jolt Country

One of the stupidest things I consistently see online is stupid fucks on other forums talk about "advances in nutrition" when it comes to talking about the modern day player versus those if yesteryear. We are seeing it often and I've checked, the people saying this are allmqyige stupid.

I would like the denizens of Jolt Country to be armed with the right information and not be part of this growing blob of nonsense.

The last time I saw my doctor she recommended I see a nutrition specialist. I told her I understood the food pyramid and then she said the food pyramid was an outdated concept that someone just made up. I said all food concepts are made up by people. Then she said no, there are actual differences between fruits and vegetables and around the time I was explaining to her that cucumbers and tomatoes are technically fruits, she left. The moral of this story is that I'm still overweight and now I'm only allowed to see the PA. What were we talking about?
