I'm not sure where to put food topics, so it's going here.

I wish I could check out the Taste of Buffalo food festival this weekend, but alas, most of New York and Massachusetts separates me. Is anyone from thereabouts going?

Featured item on the menu: Bitter Defeat slathered in HSBC (hot sauce/bleu cheese).

Someone made a food called Bitter Defeat? How great is that? I have tasted bitter defeat many times in my life, but never with a delicious side sauce.
