Is there a designation between going to the grocery store and going to the parking lot for the carry out people to bring stuff out?

No. Carry-out counts as "going to the grocery store".

Once a week, but I don't buy any store brand items and I always fill out the comment cards at the front door requesting them to use an apostrophe.
