There are two main ways round pizzas get cut:

1. PIE CUT -- The "normal" way, where the round pie gets cut into 8 (or 6, or 10, etc.) equal slices.


2. PARTY CUT -- Where the round pie is cut into squares, resulting in little triangular corner pieces, rounded rectangle side pieces, and middle square pieces with no crust.

I prefer party cut, but more than that I prefer pizzas deserving of a party cut. It's gotta be the right kind of pizza. Cutting a Pizza Hut pizza into squares is like putting racing stripes on an Accord.

I voted "no preference" but there ought to be an option for "the cut that lets me shove pizza more efficiently into my facehole".

More seriously, the kind of pizza dictates the kind of cut. You pie cut a square Sicilian pie and you're asking to get shot.

Well, I did mention round pie in the main post. I should have clarified in the poll itself.

As a hard-line pie guy like AArdvark, I am calling shenanigans on this poll. The party cut has a picture of an authentic Chicago style pizza which is in all likelihood the best party cut you can get and the pie link shows a mound of crap that only Tdarcos would consider eating.

Round pizza= pie cut
Rectangular party pizza= square cut

Please dont mix the two, like is complicated enough.

uruzrune, I am all for post editing, but the rest of these clowns hate the very concept.

Here's a compromise, post editing ABLE but only until the next post hits. That way there's no changing the facts but simple autocorrect errors can be fixed right away.
