Correction:

"The Kingsmen" did Louie, Louie.

"Sam the Sham and the Pharohs," on the other hand, did Wooly Bully which is also another indecipherable song by a group that can't sing, so it still fits.

I remember seeing Everclear open for Filter when I was in high school. I also remember every song they played sounding the same and getting really bored.

The title was famous bands that can't sing, not "can't ever sing."

If even one song of a group is indecipherable then it counts.
