Garbage Plate Sauces

Post by The Happiness Engineer »

Places like this are usually a rip-off, but sometimes it's nice to be able to get regional foods sent to your door.

I looked into that ( I was going to have a pack of white hots sent out to OK. three days before I went there) but the prices...Yowch! I suppose it's worth it if you really want teh flavors.

Flack, I was kidding in the other thread. How was your garbage plate? You can be brutally honest.

Would someone mind defining what a garbage plate is, exactly?

Does it go well with sriracha?

Throw some home fries and macaroni salad on a plate. Add baked beans if you want. Add whatever the hell you'd like: hot dogs, sausages, fried egg, what have you. Douse the whole thing in a meaty chili sauce.

Another way of thinking of it is a labor day buffet-style picnic all heaped together, and then covered in chili.

Everything goes well with sriracha.
